For renewing a subscriber order or membership click on membership number. It takes the record to renew screen. Here you can observe the older historical membership details ..you need to enter starting issue for subscriber which should more than the older expired subscribers issue.
Once the record is created it will be in subscribers renewal list.
When you run the daily process if the new records starting issue is lesser or equal to the current issue the older memership details records are replaced with newer membership details.The older membership records are stored in historical tables.
